If you need to return a product:

• Please call or email us for a Returns Code

• Make sure you leave your name and contact details

• Tell us the Order/Invoice Number

• Please don't send anything back till we've issued the Returns Code

• Explain briefly why you want to return the item(s) so that we know whether you want a replacement or refund

• We deal with returns and refunds promptly

• Note that if you have paid by credit card, for your protection we can normally refund only to that same card
